Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- The item must be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exchange
If you’d like a different size, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help, subject to stock availability.
